Please check with your travel agent or the Hungarian Embassy in your country whether you require a visa to enter Hungary. Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain the visa in time. In the case of Hungary, you may require a letter of invitation from a Hungarian organization. This assistance can be provided by the organizing committee to registered participants.
